Abdulaziz & Saad Al Moajil Co. was established in 1928 as a collective partnership company between the two brothers Abdulaziz & Saad and started functioning as a food stuff import company. During its century long successful operation, the company diversified into various fields such as Real estate, manufacturing, international manufacturers’ representation, Trading, Furniture, Foreign & Domestic Investments etc. Besides the company is a shareholder of many reputed Saudi Joint stock companies in different fields such as industry, agriculture, services, banking & finance, trade & commerce etc.
Today Abdulaziz & Saad Al Moajil is one of the leading commercial institutions, with extensive operation presence throughout the kingdom and other gulf countries.
Management and Business Sectors. In 2010 Abdulaziz & Saad AL Moajil Trade & Investment Co has changed from a "joint liability company" to a "closed joint stock company" with a chairman of board Sheikh Mohamed Abdulaziz Al Moajil.
In 2014 a Group CEO, was hired to lead the group structure reforming and work on separating the ownership from management.
Company head office and manufacturing units are located in Dammam, Jubail and Riyadh with the areas of operation speared all over the Kingdom and the Gulf region. Among its various lines of activities, International Manufacturers Representations is of considerable importance.Almoajil successfully represents in Saudi Arabia and GCC countries numerous products, to list as example, Yale Security products, Union Locks & Hardware .For Security Products alone, we have thirteen attractive showrooms in the most urban centers in the Kingdome and two showrooms in UAE, Central warehouse and an office in Jebel Ali Free zone area in United Arab of Emirates from where all the Yale and Union products are distributed to a various regional warehouses. The industrial business is diversified into 6 different factories, for Polypropylene, Sacks, Pallets, Cement products and animal Feed. The company's real estate business includes ownership and development of multistory buildings such as housing units, office structures, shopping centers, large warehouses and large tracts of prime real estate properties in various zooming areas of the Saudi cites i.e. industrial, residential, commercial etc. Moreover, Al-Mojil Company has played an important role in investing in many major companies in the Kingdom and internationally .
